# Outputs and Transparency

Each rated protocol produces several artefacts:

1. **Internal questionnaire and evidence base**
2. **Written assessment**, shared with the protocol team, summarizing findings and referencing evidence
3. **Improvement window** – a fixed period for the protocol team to address critical issues where possible
4. **Fact sheet (**[**Pricing**](/defi-ratings/pricing.md)**)**
   * Change log
   * Key answers to the questions
   * Main data sources and metrics
5. **Risk report (**[**Pricing**](/defi-ratings/pricing.md)**)**
   * Detailed narrative of the rating rationale
   * Detailed explanation of the highest risk factors
   * Deeper explanation of technical and organizational findings
6. **Public rating** (AAA–D)
7. **Public** [**documentation page**](/defi-ratings/ratings/case-study.md) including:
   * Executive risk summary
   * Total scores for Security, Strategy, Operations
   * Selected **key metrics and real-time indicators** where available

We aim to make enough information public to hold ourselves accountable, while providing additional depth and context to paying users and institutions that need it.
