**Report General issue**

Click on **Report General Issue** entering your Issue description and severity. See and manage your issues on **Manage Requests**

### Report an issue with an existing validator address

In the section **Report an issue with an existing validator address**&#x20;

* select Asset
* enter Address or click on **Report issue** on the validator of your choice
* enter your Issue description and severity. See and manage your issues on **Manage Requests**
