# 8. VSP Community

A community of founders from top Staking Providers brought together to share intel on different ecosystems, new PoS networks to validate on and growth strategies to drive AuM.

1. Monthly community calls to share growth strategies
2. Quarterly in-person community meet-ups
3. Preferred access to new layer-1 protocol validator sets

VSP community calls happen on the first Thursday of the month at 4pm (GMT). Members tell us this is the highest leverage hour of their month.
