# Value-Added Rating

alue-Added Services are contributions by the Staking Provider that go beyond contributing to network security. Anything that makes the staking experience for users more friendly, and anything that benefits the ecosystem and community.

We divide the **Value-Added Services** into the following four categories:

* **Customer Service**
* **Governance Participation**
* **Ecosystem Development**
* **Community Development**
