After I submit the form, what are the next steps?

After submitting the form, the following steps will be taken:

1. We will jointly sign an NDA agreement regarding sensitive data with the provider.

2. We will also jointly sign a Service Agreement with the provider.

3. Staking Rewards will send the provider a Verification Form to assess their business operations and security setup and ensure that we can vouch for them in good conscience.

4. We will conduct due diligence on the responses provided by the provider.

5. We will assign the SR Rating to the provider, with a passing rate of 70%.

6. Providers who pass the verification process will be deemed verified on the Staking Rewards platform.

7. Providers who fail will have 180 days to reapply and will receive feedback on their reason for failure on their first attempt."
