In Case of Failure

In the case of failure of the verification, the Provider has a right to challenge and/or reapply within 180 days of the failure date at no additional cost.

Staking Rewards will send a feedback form to the Provider upon failure. In the form, the Provider will be informed about the possibilities to improve its services as well as about the possible ambiguities in the submission.

Until a Provider scores 70% or more on the Verification Score, they will not be deemed as Verified by Staking Rewards.
