Pass Rate & Verification

In order to get Verified☑️, at least 70% of the criteria must be met.

To consider severe deficiencies in a category, we also have a minimum score in each case. A high Reliability and a good Security Setup are elementary to pass our program. For this reason, we only verify Providers with high standards in these categories.

The Verification Score is dependent on the following sections of the Verification Form:

Business Operations	>= 50%
Reliability	>= 50%
Security Setup	>= 50%

The criteria for Customer Service, Governance Participation, Ecosystem Development, and Community Development count towards the separate Value-Added Services, which are not required to get verified.
