The Verification Form

The Verification Form should take ~2-3 hours to complete. In the form, we ask questions about various criteria and conduct due diligence based on the responses.

The Verification form is split into two parts:

  1. Verification Criteria

  2. Value-Added Services

Both parts must be completed in order to proceed with verification.
