# Canto SRB

CANTOSRB is a benchmark representing the mean, annualized staking rate across all active Canto validators.

CANTOSRB is calculated and published by Staking Rewards via the [Canto Profile](https://www.stakingrewards.com/asset/canto) and [Data API](https://www.stakingrewards.com/data-api).

> **TL;DR:** Canto staking rewards follow the Cosmos SDK formula (ATOMSRB): annual provisions plus annualized fees, minus community tax, divided by total staked CANTO tokens. Validator-level rates factor in performance and commission.

{% hint style="info" %}
The calculations are derived from the ATOMSRB documentation, serving as the foundational reference to ensure the accuracy of relevant metrics.

For more information visit the [ATOMSRB docs](https://docs.stakingrewards.com/staking-data/methodologies/cosmos-hub-srb).

### CANTO Staking Rewards Rate: CANTOSRB

$$
CANTOSRB = (dp∗ap)/st

<table><thead><tr><th width="145">Formula Key</th><th width="201">Metric Name</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>ap</td><td>Annual Provisions</td><td>The total amount of tokens emitted per year.</td></tr><tr><td>dp</td><td>Distribution Proportion</td><td>Distribution Proportion is the staking emissions percentage, currently set to 100%.</td></tr><tr><td>st</td><td>Staked Tokens</td><td>The total number of tokens bonded with active, non-jailed validators.</td></tr></tbody></table>

### CANTO Validator Staking Rewards Rate: CANTOSRB(v)

Staking Rewards calculates the CANTOSRB for each validator based on their individual performance and commission rate.

$$
CANTOSRB(v) = ATOMSRB(v)

### CANTO Real Reward Rate: CANTOSRB^R

The real reward rate calculates the CANTOSRB adjusted for inflation in the network.

$$
CANTOSRB^R = ATOMSRB^R

### Other Canto metrics calculated by Staking Rewards

<table><thead><tr><th width="188">Metric</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Fee Revenue</td><td>The Fee Revenue reflects the annualized transaction fees, derived from the fees accumulated within the last 24 hours, evaluated at the prevailing USD rate.</td></tr><tr><td>Delegated Tokens</td><td>The number of tokens delegated to validators.</td></tr><tr><td>Self Staked Tokens</td><td>The number of tokens staked by validators directly.</td></tr><tr><td>Staking Wallets</td><td>This metric refers to the total quantity of distinct delegations made. It doesn't distinguish based on unique delegator addresses and excludes considerations of any minimum delegation thresholds.</td></tr></tbody></table>
